Our Bison Bacon is made from top pasture raised American Bison. Our kosher Bison Bacon is made following the exact same process we use to make our beef, pork, and wild boar bacon.
Our Bison Bacon is made from the brisket, which is a very lean cut with strong bison flavoring.
You can buy our Bison Bacon as the 3 lb Box of the Month, which offers 1 lb each of the 3 varieties we currently have on tap, by the individual pound, or by the unsliced 1/2 or full slab.
