The May-August batches of bacon include these three varieties. The Box of the Month includes one pound of each variety, or you can pick and choose varieties to order by the pound or unsliced slab!
Hardwood Smoked Maple Black Pepper Bacon
- Our signature bacon has light maple sweetness on the front and a hint of cracked black pepper on the finish. It's smoked with our proprietary blend of apple, cherry, hickory, oak, and maple. This goes well on its own, with burgers, mixed in with salad, BLTs, baked beans, pretty much anything you'd eat bacon with or in.
- This variety has an intriguing mix of flavors marked by the mellow heat of chipotle and the coolness of ranch, along with a hint of oregano and black pepper. It's smoked with our proprietary blend of apple, cherry, hickory, oak, and maple. This goes well with BLTs, burgers, salads, and on its own.
- Our Black Forest bacon has a distinctly southwestern German flavoring highlighted by pepper, juniper, coriander, cardamom, and nutmeg, with hints of garlic and brown sugar rounding out the taste profile. It goes well by itself, with burgers, salads, and anything where the strong German flavoring would fit in.
