Our Wild Boar Bacon is made from Razorback Wild Boar caught in the wild, not farm raised feral pigs. The wild boar meat generally has a stronger, meatier flavor than both our heritage breed pork and pasture raised pork.
You can buy our Wild Boar Bacon as the 3 lb Box of the Month, which offers 1 lb each of the 3 varieties we currently have on tap, by the individual pound, or by the unsliced 1/4 or 1/2 slab.
